Water, measured against the day you are actually having
On a hydration target that rises on the days you train, so thirst does not have to do the arithmetic.
Thirst is a poor accountant. It arrives late, it confuses itself with hunger, and it goes quiet long before you are actually topped up. A fixed water goal trusts a signal that cannot be trusted.
The right amount of water is not a single famous number. It depends on your body, and it depends on the day, and those two are not the same input.
A base, and then the day
Niyavo sets a base from your body and from how active your life generally runs. Then it watches the day you actually have. On the mornings with a run or a session on the plan, the target rises to meet the work, because a training day asks for more than a still one.
You are never asked to do this sum in your head. The number already accounts for the day in front of you.
Hydration is the habit you forget because, done well, it never announces itself.
A nudge, never a nag
The reminders stay light. They live on your device, they never log a glass for you, and once you are most of the way to the day's goal they ease off entirely. The point is to help you arrive, not to follow you for the rest of the evening.
So drink to the day you are having, not to a figure you half remember. Niyavo has already measured the day against your body. You only have to meet it.
