Protein, placed where the day needs it

On pacing fuel through real days, not perfect ones.

Most nutrition advice is written for a day that never happens. The one with three calm meals, weighed and even, no late meetings, no skipped breakfast, no handful of something at four in the afternoon because lunch never came.

Niyavo is built for the other day. The real one.

Read it, do not interrogate it

Logging a meal should cost you a moment, not a confession. Point the camera at the plate, speak it, or type a few words. The AI reads it against your own dietary preferences and allergies, and it never blocks a meal you have chosen to keep. There is no scolding here. Only a reading.

What matters is what comes next. Once a meal is read, Niyavo looks at the rest of the day and shows you what it still needs.

Pacing beats perfection

Protein is the clearest example. It is not really a daily total to hit at any cost; it is something a body uses across the hours. A day that arrives at the same number through one enormous dinner is not the same day as one that spread it sensibly.

So Niyavo treats your target as a path through the day, not a finish line at midnight. By breakfast it can already tell you how much protein the morning carried, and where the afternoon and evening should lean.

The point is not a perfect plate. The point is the next reasonable one. Fuel, placed where the day actually needs it, on the days you actually have.
