Defined for you, not by you

On who Niyavo is for, anyone who wants their practices to fit a real life instead of the other way around.

Most plans are written for a person who does not exist. Someone who sleeps a full night, never travels, never has a bad week, and meets every session exactly as scheduled. You follow it for a while. Then real life arrives, you miss a day, the plan does not forgive it, and quietly you stop.

Niyavo is for the other person. The one with a real calendar, an uneven week, and a body that does not read the schedule. Which is to say, everyone.

For the imperfect day

A plan that only works on perfect days is not really a plan. It is a test you are set up to fail. Niyavo is built the other way around. It expects the short night, the long weekend, the week that did not go as drawn, and it bends to meet them rather than breaking against them.

You are not asked to be the ideal user. You are met as the real one.

Defined for you

Your daily practices, defined for you. The phrase is the promise. Not a generic program you bend yourself to fit, but a day shaped around your goals, your recovery, and the life you actually live. And when you disagree, it stays yours to overrule, one tap from being arranged your way instead.

A practice you can keep is worth more than a perfect one you abandon.

So who is Niyavo for. For anyone who has ever quit a plan that never knew them. For the imperfect day, which is the only kind there is. For you, defined as you actually are.
