What is Niyavo?+

Nine daily practices, from training and fuel to movement and rest, carried by one mind. You set your life out once, and Niyavo shapes each day around how recovered you are.

Do I need a watch or a ring?+

No. With one, Niyavo reads your nights through Apple Health or Health Connect. Without one, recovery is read from your training, rest and fuel patterns, and a night can be logged in seconds. It works from night one.

How do meals get logged?+

Point the camera, speak it, type a few words, scan a barcode, or search. The AI reads each plate against your own dietary preferences and allergies, and it never blocks a meal you choose to keep.

What happens after a bad night?+

The day softens. Your step goal eases on its own, a gentler session is offered by name, and the week steers lighter. Niyavo will never tell you to push hard on five hours of sleep.

Can I overrule the plan?+

Always. Tell Niyavo to push more or rest more and today is recomputed in seconds. Swap any exercise mid-session for one that fits. The plan serves you, never the reverse.
